Für Erbfälle seit dem 17.08.2015 gilt nun die EU Erbrechtsverordnung.
In aller Kürze bedeutet dies...
- das Erbstatut richtet sich nicht mehr nach der Staatsangehörigkeit sondern nach dem letzten ständigen Aufenthalt.
- bei Testamenten muss die neue Europarechtslage unbedingt berücksichtigt werden.
